Help Someone Get the Care They Need
Every day in our community, patients miss treatment, seniors struggle to get groceries, and families face overwhelming stress simply because they do not have reliable transportation.
At The Way There and Back (TWTB), we believe transportation should never be a barrier to care.
That is why we are looking for compassionate volunteer drivers who want to make a real difference—one ride at a time.
Why Volunteer with TWTB?
When you drive for TWTB, you are doing far more than providing transportation.
You are:
- Helping a patient get to a critical medical appointment
- Bringing relief to a family carrying heavy burdens
- Supporting seniors and individuals in need
- Giving peace of mind during difficult moments
- Becoming the reason someone gets the help they need today
This is meaningful service with immediate impact.

Volunteer drivers often tell us this experience gives them:
- A deep sense of purpose and fulfillment
- Joy from helping people who are truly grateful
- Flexible daytime hours that fit their schedule
- Meaningful conversations and companionship

- Valuable volunteer experience for students and professionals
Many say they receive far more than they give.

Why This Matters
Behind every ride is:
- A patient needing treatment
